Is newegg / abspc the same company?

Are http://www.abspc.com and http://www.newegg.com the same company?

Both have comparible prices, and use virtually identical shopping cart's and script URL's. Their checkout looks exactly the same too. Check this out:

Not to mention the fact that all their items use similiar descriptions and ABSPC has all the items that newegg has..... is this a conspiracy?????? Or are they owned by the same company.................... and if they are, they need to get more unique sites

Their domain name server is the exact same for both companies. Both are in CA too, but not owned by the same people or in the same city.

I guess it could be, but who knows.

I havent dealt with abspc before, but I wouldnt mind another Newegg

I'm pretty sure that its just the same company that designed their website. If you looked at the old Newegg.com layout and compared it with Mwave.com's layout, they also look very similar. The reason is because they had the same company designing their website ... (If you look at Newegg.com's Category layout is still is somewhat similar to Mwave.com's) ...

i've dealt with abspc once... that's where i bought my PM 5.1s... i chose will call pick up for it... but right when i was going to pick it up two days later... fedex truck comes by and delivers it instead...
