So they finally filed an official complaint. Good luck with that. When Occupy Oakland chased them off with tear gas and rubber bullets 3,000 more showed up the next day. Last I heard though they got portable toilets out there if that makes you feel better.

Interesting, do you see anything in there indicating exactly where they are to be able to assemble peaceably? How about in your house, would that be OK? No, it wouldn't. There are laws that govern where you can assemble and if permits are needed. If you don't like them, fight the laws in court, but if people are somewhere where they are not legally allowed to be, they have no basis for whining when they get removed by force.

I have consistently said that they do not have the right to interfere with other peoples property rights. However, public property is just that, public. They own it as much as you or I do and nothing I have ever read of the Constitution states that you must get permission to exercise your first amendment rights on public property.

All you have to do is look at them and listen to what they are saying.
There is this segment of the current generation that had everything handed to them by their parents and they are now realizing that life is hard and it takes hard work to be successful. Instead of putting in that hard work they would rather camp out in a park and throw a temper tantrum like a bunch of 2-year-olds because that is what use to work when mommy took them to the toy store and said they could only have 1 toy but they wanted 2.
Sure, its got nothing to do with the kleptocracy, or the lack of corporate accountability. Its that they don't like work. BTW hard work is only a small peice of the puzzle. You need to fight the various oligopolies that make claims on the fruits of your labor.
Back to the OP, Teabaggers are far more violent. Police will often not bother with thier events because TP events are commercially sponsored publicity stunts with paid security. Also, they are smaller, much much smaller.
