I think circumstances dictate. If your looking for a known criminal of known or suspected race, then looking at people who fit the profile I think is acceptable. But just pulling over a black guy or hispanic person, just because of their race is wrong.

But dem blacks are usually either drunk, stoned, or doing something else wrong, and Hispanics are always illegal immigrants...

Ornamentals just can't drive, so they need a ticket just for driving.

Seems kinda interesting it has to work this way for the blacks. I don't know how it is that separates the working rich blacks from the poor degenerates. Sometimes I tend to think it's the ones from Africa that aren't on the streets but I have no credentials to make that assumption.
