Caught this announcement via e-mail and GottaDeal. This will translate to nothing but a positive experience for those past RippleHost users in lingo. I do not believe one could pick a better quality host to step in and correct the oversights in customer service.Originally posted by: IdologicJeff
I thought I'd provide a quick update.
Alan has started giving us the information we require to move the ripple host accounts to our own servers. We will be looking at starting that shortly. We still require some more info to complete the move and are in contact with Alan.

I believe I am. I say that because I only replied to the email I was sent indicating I intended to stay with the new host and inquiring about any cost change. I received a reply indicating the costs were unchanged.
The confusion comes in when I go to the website and see prices much higher than I recall.
