Is "Safe Web" effective for surfing restricted sites?

Hi currently work in a hospital and get scared every time I visit a restricted site, I recieve this warning message that this site is prohibited ect. Most of these sites are game review sites/ movie review sites/ . Came upon this site that states that it is able to block your activity from your administrator.Have any of you guys any experience with this?safe web link

i heard its safe

but i can't access that site cuz my work has blocked it off, i get the you are trying to visit a web site that is not for business pruposes.... blabh blbah

I usually got to the web durring lunch break and visit game reviews and somtimes download maps ect. Much easier at work since its a faster connection.

anybody else have any experience about this browsing site?

I'm using it right now. As far as I can tell it's safe, but it crashes IE constantly, gives JScript errors, loses pages, loses info in forms, loses cookies, etc, etc. But, it's secure, and I can surf anonymously.
