Is something wrong with me because I do not like baseball?

Long story short, when I took the job offer with Target Corporation, I was also a pair of season tickets to the new Target Field...now here in Minneapolis - it's a damn s**t storm because, it's a new stadium - and from what I can tell everyone here is completely bonkers for the Twins....

However, everyone tends to be upset with me because I have been only to one game ( The season opener, and that mainly was because of other co-workers attending ) - However since then I just have been selling my tickets to any person off Craigslist (Which btw, Target Corp said was "ok" and has been very profitable, people pay INSANE prices for some of the first games that occured)

Anyways, is this normal? Is something wrong with me lol?

People go absolutely insane when they are playing - I live downtown, and work downtown - and everyone comes swarming in - making this area an even worse nightmare then it is without the suburb idiots pouring in.

i was @ comerica park saturday for the tigers / angels game. baseball live is great. i watch baseball playoffs on tv when they come around.

there's nothing crazy about not liking a particular sport. i don't see the issue. cool story bro

I hate live sporting events. Too many mouth breathers. I'd rather watch in on my HT and pause/rewind when I want. Beer is cheaper and colder. Food is better. And the bathroom is closer and cleaner.

Are you kidding me? Try finding any valid parking in any ramp during the game in downtown! I live in the East Grant Condo Plaza (500 E Grant St) and people were parked in front of the street walking towards the stadium! Insanity!

you're better off selling the tickets and using the money toward something you enjoy. no point wasting time on something you dont enjoy. I've never been to a baseball game, so I cant comment on how it is live, although it might be fun once or twice. But I have no love for the game and find it incredibly boring to watch on TV.

I have never been more interested in the Texas Rangers in my life than this year. Once you know what you are watching, the strategizing that goes on to defeat the other team, the personalities perform (or not) as expected, watching managers get ejected, come from behind losses, records being set, crowd participation influencing games, and just the plain exitement of a "W" when you are the underdog makes it pretty cool afterall. :thumbsup:

Baseball sucks, it's so boring. The only way I would ever watch baseball is on ESPN highlights. I don't feel like wasting my time watching the batter take some practice swings, get into stance, stare for a few seconds then back out of the box. Or the pitcher waving off a billion pitches because he has a sandy vagoo. Baseball is Zzzzzzzzzzzzz.
