Is the Addtronics 7896 too loud?

I'm considering the 7896 but am concerned with the noise. It will stand next to my desk in my office (not in a room full of servers), so do you think the noise will be too much for home/office use? By the way, my system is overclocked so I do need plenty of fans (noise) and cooling.

If you use pcpower&cooling silencers or panaflo l1a fans your case should be pretty quiet. But if you use normal fans it will be pretty loud. Right now I have an addtronics 6890 with 3 case fans and it is quieter than many other computers I have heard.
