Maybe Bush and Cheney can track him down or better yet assign Gore to the case, he has nothing to do. Of course he might get shot which depending on your views might not be so bad.

Monster kills are hella exciting; at least in Instagib; they're easier to get in weapons. Nothing above Monsterkill, though; the announcer just keeps yelling Monster Kill until you stop killing.
