Is their anything I can do about this?

To make a long story short I have been sent two sets of defectives cordless 5.8ghz telephones from a company on ebay. These were the base with extra handset type. The first set was defective and I had to send it back at my expense. Got the replacement set yesterday and they are defective as well. Is their anyway I can dispute the charges through my CC or not, because I have lost complete faith in this Canadian company.

Cheap phones ? Hard to imagine two defective sets in a row. I'd ask for a full refund first and then try the CC company about a dispute.

My cards won't even accept a dispute until I've tried to resolve myself.

I've made 1 dispute in my whole life. It took me 5mins and my card company took the charge off. They said the seller company had 30days to explain the situation and they would take action from there. Nothing ever came of it. Surprised how easy it was.
