Is there a driver or anything of the like? In Task Manager I only see status grid.

You sure you have a core 2 duo and not a core 2 solo? My duo shows up in Windows XP SP2 clean install (no drivers) as two CPU Usage History graphs.

Just to clarify for you, there is no Core 2 Solo. There is a Core Solo and a single core Celeron based off of Conroes, but no Core 2 Solo.

Ya, guys, this was a clean install. I saw a post somewhere that said there was an app that needed to be run to 'truly' be on 2 cores. I had never heard of such a thing so I asked. If it's just a setting in Task Manager, I'll check it out. Just wondering if this person was correct.
