Is there a good shareware backup program that makes images?

I need to make an image of my hard drive before I upgrade from 98SE to Windows 2000 pro (finally).

I have Drive image pro 4.0 but I keep getting not enough memory error #3 on my new system...worked fine on my old system.

Checked CNET...not much there.

Didn't found a program that will do that in win98(se).
Found a image program that will do the job in 2000/xp though: DrvImagerXP. I thought I post it anyway, maybe you can use it to backup your future 2000 os.

someone posted the freeware of powerquest (legal to do so) in the hotdeals area a while back. search there and look. id give it to u, but the comp it is on is in parts in my bedroom. =)

I just realized I have Norton Ghost that's included in 2002 systemworks pro.

That should do it? I am educating myself, but has anyone used it for backing up a hard drive to another?
