Is there a reliable and inexpensive blue LED fan?

All the recommended ones seem to be sleeve bearing which is not really what I want:

I am looking for ball bearing and relatively silent. I can't imagine that the Cooler Master R4s stay quiet after a few months of use. And who knows about "long lasting"?

I've been using the (5) ANTEC Blue LED 80mm fans. Can be found on a google search and are reasonable in price. The 80mm output is very good and are quieter than the bigger 120mm case fans.

sort of off topic but still kinda on topic. Are there any LED fans that have BLACK housing? I putting together a new WC build and I need some light in my case but I hate how the LED fans light up the case like a light bulb. I kind of wanted a spotlight effect, or a glow in the dark effect.

I'd go for the yate. Ball bearing ones here but wouldn't really trust any of them.

What's the difference between the standard yate loon and that one? Why is the one more of a soft diffuse while the other is curved?

Actually, here's a photo that i Just took from my case.

Why does it do that? Is that purely because of the fan housing being a transparent black as opposed to a transparent blue? Or does it have something to do with different LEDs being used or are they sunk further into the housing? If I spray painted the orange/white Xiggy blades black, would the illusion still look the same (minus the orange)?

I am running some R4's

they dont seem any louder(then they were initiaaly, quiter than the antec's they replaced while doing more CFM IMHO), probably installed them in NOV?

kind of loud though.

This one kicks tail at its top end. It comes with its own controller that does not dim the LED's, and down at its lower range this fan is fairly quiet. It surprised the heck out of me.
