is there any difference between the T-mo S4, and the google edition one?

I want the google edition S4, but i realized if the hardware is the same, I might as well get the T-mo version (my carrier is T-mo) now and flash to the stock image that gets released for the google edition.

Any reason I shouldn't do this? I'll get the updates automatically from google if I flash to the google edition's ROM, right?

Is there a 32gb version that will work on T-mo?

If I'm not mistaken, there's absolutely no difference. You'll be able to flash that stock ROM on top, and you might (I don't see why it wouldn't work) be able to receive OTA updates with the stock ROM on there.

My thoughts exactly. It should be the same. Priced the same as well or maybe $30 less from tmobile and no shipping cost.

But not if the Google play store s4 can work on web2go, I'll be golden with that.

I think the AT&T and the Developer edition won't work for 3G Data, but will for 4G. People on XDA are looking into methods to use T-Mobile 3G.

Right, but it's something easy that can be done by developers. There really won't be a problem since the hardware is virtually a carbon copy.

Yeah it's easy to change the CSC code, you just have to do it at the beginning as it wipes your phone.
Still even if you forget it's not hard to flash the stock ROMs on a Samsung phone as the updates arrive.

I think they made it work for ATT note2, something called an "AWS hack" not sure what it involves at the moment. When they launched the nexus 1, we were given a choice of att or tmobile versions. I hope they do the same.

That's the One, not the S4. All US GSM S4s are the same hardware... AT&T just added software locks onto their version.
