Is there any way I can broadcast my IP address?

I hooked up a wifi camera in my garage so I can see my dogs while I am away. I set the camera to be the DMZ so that I can access it from outside my network, i.e. 98.235.x.x instead of 192.168.x.x.

That 98.235.x.x is difficult to remember and it seems to change periodically. Is there any way I can figure out what my modems IP address is from outside my network? Can I have it broadcast to my email periodically or something?

I could shorten it with tinyurl or something, but that doesn't really help in the event that it changes.

You can create a Just.tv or ustream.tv account and brocast your webcam. You can make your channel private with password protection. You will get an URL with the video or channel. You don't have to use IP address. Just make sure you have enough bandwidth to stream your video.

You could also use a Dynamic DNS service such as no-ip.com.
This will allow you to access your camera by a domain name like "bignateyk.no-ip.com", or something similar.
I used to use this when I hosted Teamspeak and CoD servers for my friends. Was much easier for them to remember rather than having to keep telling them every time my IP changed.
