Now with this exhibit in hand, let's ponder what can motivate these sorts who are hardly observant nor thoughtful. What if someone told them they're actually the smart ones not just despite these deficiencies but because of them. Thus the creation of the clever dispassionate observer who can readily tell between two claims of 2+2=4 and 2+2=22 that both have their equivalent faults; this is the american "independent". The problem for you is that the amount of heavily conditioned lefties in government and on this forum and out protesting doesn't compare to the amount of retarded righties in all facets of politics. So while you may dismiss most criticism of trump, the GOP, or the right, as noise from the extreme left, what you don't do is engage or counter their arguments with facts. You've already committed the act of the very thing you complain the elite are trying to manipulate others as doing, you've painted groups of people with broad strokes in order to ignore them. I'm guessing its because you, along with others who exhibit similar behavior are intellectually lazy or frustrated and have simply thrown your hands up. People are calling each other so many mean things over some corrupt political leaders that don't care about you at all. We have people so involved with politics despite the fact that they won't run for office. They put so much energy and passion into something that ultimately isn't going to help anyone (if it will, it will only help the very, very few).

I've presented the empirical facts of the matter, facts which perhaps paint various people in a poor light, but that's just how it works. Given one fact is that it's not in the cards for them to understand empirical reality, there's no mystery why they get angry at that fact and its messenger. Given that the goal of about half the country is a return to pre-enlightenment values, "working together" to get there is largely antithetical to opposing goals for students of said period.

If anyone's noticed, the class war is over, the owners won with generous help from the dumbshits. The only thing left is to make the most of the situation, which means getting into a position to generate value for owners, where education and other enlightenment virtues are fortunately of use. Other than some handouts for votes, the dumbshits are going to be sold down the river soon enough, and given the circumstances I honestly can't say liberals should get in the way.
