This is what my wife does and it works perfectly.
She has TWO Paypal accounts.
CC - premier/business account
Non cc - personal

Can I have a PayPal Personal and a Premier/Business Account?
You also need a separate credit card.

what about the name ont he account though, i had to make up a fake first name just to open a paypal account because the first time i did so it was for one of those "make $ to surf the net" dealies and they wanted me to fax them bank info, and a buncha other crap just to reset the password so i made up a first name.
CC > Premier > xfer to Personal > Bank

I have a premier account set up right now for my wife's small business. However if I sell anything to anyone can't I SPECIFICALLY say "NO CC payments"? Don't I only get charged if the buyer uses a CC? If they use bank xfer etc I dont think I get charged.

If you have a premier account you get charged for EVERYTHING. Thats why people don't want to upgrade, and why most people who need to accept credit card payments have a seperate account just for those.
