Is there such thing as portable MSN Messenger?

Is there a way or a special program that will let you run msn messenger from your thumb drive, so that whenever i go to someones house or somewhere that doesnt have messenger, i can just plug in my thumb drive and go?

You could put the installation and then install it when you use a different computer, but I'm not sure that such a program that you're requesting exists.

i can do that, but i was looking for something quicker and that i could take with me on my thumb drive

Just set up remote desktop to home comp. Connect to it, and voila. MSN is already running.

Dial up would be fine to do that with as long as you set it to disable desktop background, and the main visual effects.

oh but wait, you'd never know your IP. THAT would be the main issue haha.

I would load Trillian, it has alot of the features that MSN has minus the winks/extra stuff (junk) in 7.5

Did anyone ever think that a third-party web-based messenger might be an account/password or email address harvesting attempt?
