Is that right or the other way around?

I'd get a larger HDD, minimum size 200 gigs - and then I'd probably buy only Seagate.

I'm not a big Chaintech fan...but I suppose you will be ok with it. I think the Value Select was a poor choice for this rig, it would be ok if you were using it with a 754 pin single channel 64 bit rig...but in this setup...I dont like it...there are a number of much better memory selections you could have made for this box....Corsair(extreme series) and OCZ come to mind and even Patriot have some very respectable performance memory very well priced.

I just dont see a point of paying for a case + PSU and getting a stand alone PSU again.

The Corsair Value RAM runs just fine in dual channel mode in my NF4-SLI system, mildly overclocked to 220MHz at default voltage.

The only thing is that maybe you want to consider a larger capacity harddrive.

i just think that the PSU from the Xblade case is a little generic for this system...the xblade case costs $60 on newegg at the time of my purchase, and the no-PSU version cost $56 on Anamax at the same time....so....i will try to sell that PSU...i just like very much that xblade case...

thanks to all...i will like to see more opinions and advices

Looks very solid.
I actually like the X-blade case also and thought about purchasing it, and I've found that case choice is highly individual. There are some popular cases out there that I think are just plain ugly, but I know alot of people don't like the X-blade either.
The only thing I would change (of the items you haven't yet purchased), is the monitor. I like Viewsonic, but not really their "E" series. I think you'd be happier with the Samsung Synchmaster you listed.
