Well there is this girl, who my friend asked out, but she flat out rejected him. anyway last weekend there was this party at some jocks house and me and my friend were there and so was this girl. Everyone was drinking, smoking pot and just making noise, just partying i guess. i was outside the house having a smoke when my friend came upto me and told me what happened. He said she was wasted, she was basically half asleep, just plain drunk, so he took her to the washroom, where they had sex. he then said if i wanted to i could go up and have sex with her, because she will probably sleep with me too because she's a slut. What i find very disturbing is he said she wasn't very good and he doesn't know why he had a crush for her, all this time. anyway is it rape if a girl doesn't say no or not barely unconscious during the act?

Okay, i went to the party this guy was having and i didn't see her there. so we just chilled at his place, about 9pm/ish she did show up.I saw her and i wasn't too sure on how to exactly approach her and ask her, so i just waited.
After a few more beers and some other stuff...i finally went upto her, she was sitting with her friends so i asked her aside.
i told her there was soemthing personal i wanted to ask her about last weekend, and i asked her if anything unusual happened to her. She said not really except she remembers being quite wasted. So after a few more chit chat, i tell her that i know Jay slept with her in the washroom. i then asked her if whether it was concensual, and whether my friend had taken advantage of her. At first she had this funny look to her like she doesn't know what i was talking about. I then asked her if she was raped. Then she say what, like where did i get that idea from. I said i thought Jay might have raped you because when i saw him later on he told me i could go up and sleep with you in the washroom. I told don't her you think thats a screwed up thing to ask a friend. The she starts to giggle. Then i tell her i don't find it funny because i thought he raped you. anyway i can't remember what else i said but it felt like i was pestering her and i asked her what really happened.
So here what really happened, apparently Jen dropped xtasy that night, My friend and her were in the upstairs room with a bunch of people just drinking. my friend then asks her if she wants to smoke some pot, so she say yes, and they go the washroom to smoke up. She then says they had sex for a few minutes, then she felt like passing out, and he left.
