I will be doing normal Net surfing, MILD gaming with games like CS:GO and FIFA.

I mistook that model for 4th Gen. Will go with i5-4440 maybe. Thank you.

PS - Currently i Have AMD 4200+ Athlon x2 which heats a lot and throttles on reaching 60 Celsius.

So abstaining from AMD
This alone will cost you ~200$ here unless you plan on buying one without a VAT bill, so IMO this is the best option for you atm ~
I would go for a Z97 + Pentium 3258. OC to 4.5GHz and next year upgrade to Broadwell.
If need be upgrade to broadwell 2yrs down the line.

I will definitely upgrade GPU in coming months, but for now? I want to change my over heating shit CPU.
Why not do both at once?

Go with a cheaper CPU instead of a ~200$+ one, and put in a new GPU for the saved cash from getting a cheaper CPU.

Something like:
Intel Core i3-4130 Haswell (dual core, hyperthreading, 3.4ghz, 54w) ~110$

+

Nvidia Geforce 750 ~120$ (less power usage)
or
AMD 260x ~90-110$ (faster card)

A " i3-4130" is plenty for gameing at 1920x1080p, so should the GPUs aslong as you dont go crazy on the settings for the newest games out.

A setup like this would be complete overkill for something like CS:GO.

Cheapest and best performance for least price:

CPU: Intel Pentium G3220 Haswell (dual core, no hyperthreading, 3.0 ghz, 54w) ~60$
GPU: AMD 260x ~90$

= should more than enough for CS:GO

that is a hell of a way to spin it,it is lower performing for sure but that isn't a "problem." As for the memory ddr3-2133-2400 can be had for ~$80USD a $10-20 premium over ddr3-1600 no big deal here. Also if the op isnt a big gamer then the apu to dual graphics is a decent path, a r7-250 [ http://www.pcper.com/reviews/Graphi...0-Dual-Graphics-Testing-Pacing-Fixed/Bioshock ] barring dx9 frame pacing issues.

in some places the difference between the cheapest 1333 and 2133 is even bigger, you need to ask the OP for the price difference, he is not going to pay US prices I think,

but if you are considering playing games with IGPs $20 is definitely a big deal

it is a problem in some cases, the link I provided is a clear example...

dual graphics? really? to still be beaten by a 260x and giving chance to more problems (like the DX9 limitation you mentioned) and paying more!?

if the i3 haswell+h81 MB is much cheaper for him the latest posts make a lot of sense.

Don't get the APU. Get i3-4130 and AMD 260x like Arkadrel is saying. That will be a solid performer for the total cost

I would go Pentium 3258 +z97 over the i3-4130. The unlocked Pentium is cheaper and will likely outperform in the games you play. And it preserves a strong upgrade path later should you wish (with broadwell i5/i7).

MSI B85-G41 PC Mate LGA 1150 [$80]

Intel Pentium G3258 Haswell [$75]

save your money for Q4/2014 in six months. the refresh of gen 4 i-series cpu's will kick in and then you can make a more decisive decision once you've summoned more cash for something bigger and better in temperature cooling-rig customization, as to dispel the enemy, heat.

In real world gaming, I'd take a i3 haswell and a GDDR5 5670 over any kaveri any day. No IGP can beat a 5670 yet. By the time someone releases a CPU with an IGP that can beat a 5670 or a 6670, you will be able to buy a 7750 on ebay for $40. And that will stomp on any IGP until the cycle repeats. I dont see anything IGP ever being a good value option.

Except Kaveri already beats a 5670.
