Salad
- 3 oz mixed greens/spinach
- 1 chopped avocado
- 4-6 oz pan seared chicken breast chopped
-2 oz blue berry
-1 oz brie cheese chopped
-1 oz baby carrots
This has been my primary meal each day, typically breakfast was been a Boost shake as I walk out the door.
I'm bummed because I've been doing 2-4 mile runs each day and eating what I thought was quite healthy, but I stepped on the scale for the first time in a couple weeks and I'm at 219 lbs, which I think is the highest I've ever been. I'm 6'3", so I'm a bigger guy, but still. I was thinking I'd be moving towards my goal not away from it. *sigh*
