I can't chime about prices, but my family put a similar trailer hitch on our '94 Escort station wagon so that we could tow our fishing boat. I wouldn't think the hitch would be too much for the car unless you think that it will magically allow your Camry to tow 3,500 lbs.
Price seems OK, but have you tried just getting one at your local NAPA or Autozone? And don't let the 3500 pound capacity of the hitch fool you: your Camry is only rated to tow 2000 pounds. In the RV world (I tow a 29' - 7000 pound travel trailer), we try and stay at 80% or less of the vehicles tow rating, which puts you at 1600 pounds. Plenty for a small utility trailer or a jon boat/motor, etc....
If you're planning to install it yourself go for it. Otherwise you can probably have one welded on for about the same price as that one (including shipping). Just remember if you do it yourself you also have to do the wiring for the brake lights.
