NO blacks where I live (less than about 1% of the population for about 300mi radius) so I've got no basis in reality regarding what is or isn't racist; I'm concerned because I'm moving somewhere that the AA population is about 10%.

I would like to just treat everyone the same; but when I see something like this it makes me a bit uncomfortable.
