Then he has no reason to be shocked when he's being charged for it. The CNN video won't work for me, so I don't know exactly what happened, but if you're going to film yourself having sex as a legal minor, keep the tape to yourself and don't do anything stupid that can have it confiscated.

The newscaster was the tard. She obviously took things personally instead of staying professional. Like he cared she was shortening the interview.

First, IMHO the kid can't be held responsible for people just showing up that he did not directly invite. That is on them.

Third, I am willing to bet this kid's life takes off and many opportunities open up for him.

Actually it was smart he didn't apologize for the things he felt were not his fault. By doing so it could have implied he accepted responsibility for the actions of strangers.
