I played Andre Brown over Knile Davis which is hurting me with Charles not playing.

Other than that, this is hurting my chances right now:
Drew Brees is killing me.
Cutler isn't throwing to Jeffery.
Green Bay is splitting carries.
Stacy is not doing much of anything.
Pryor is destroying Jenning's ability to do anything.

So depressing that both of my teams lay a stinker and I lose. Good season though, I'm actually very proud of the one team I took from 2-4 to the championship with nothing but waiver wire people. In the end Jeffery, Foles and Stacy could only get me so far.

I'm curious if anyone plays in the daily leagues. I won the majority of my leagues last week going all in on TY Hilton, Alex Smith, Donald Brown and Vernon Davis in my lineups.

I put in 50 bucks earlier this year and have just been playing with that money. My first year of doing it and I really like the salary cap and pick em formats. I'm thinking Andrew Luck and Ladarius Green are steals this week for their price.

I figure putting in a cap would be best (and getting whatever promotional credit I can.) Which sites do you use? I feel like I may have asked earlier in this thread..

I use draftstreet but have been messing around with Fanduel and draftkings as of late. I'm not a big fan of the draftstreet site design and they are usually pretty slow with stat updates but I like the team roster lineup the best.

I do a lot of horse racing gambling online, I was wary myself regarding control when I first did it. I thought it would be directly linked to my checking account which could be highly dangerous.

It's the same concept though, you "deposit" money into your account. You have full control and it's not linked directly to your bank account other than your authorized deposits. Easy to control as you just deposit your bankroll and work with that.

If you don't like that you can use cash from your credit card, just make sure you immediately pay your credit card in full and understand how cash works with your card, you could get hit with fees and the interest is normally stupid high which is why you should pay in full immediately/same day as the advance.

I occasionally did daily leagues during most of the season but started getting into it around week 15. It is quite a bit of fun, week 17 was crazy because Chase Daniel and Nile Davis were very cheap and I ended up doing rather well with them in my lineups.

Obviously it is gambling as on the base level the odds are against you, the sites do need to make a profit. I take the same approach as I do in actual gambling so I don't go overboard so it's all good.

If you wanna try it out the sites offer freeroll leagues where anyone can enter for free and potentially win a little bit of cash. It's pretty hard to win though, getting in the top 5 or top 40 (depending on the site) out of thousands of teams is a shot in the dark at best.

Most sites have leagues that split the prize pool between the top half teams. For instance you might have an $11.00 buy in for a 100 team size league that pays $20.00 to the top 50 teams.

No extra money for the top guys. It basically comes out to the same odds as any other site.
