this dude needs to stop talking

every site I've seen has been recommending Moore this week...way to go out on a limb

how many useless stats can one man post? complete lack of comprehension of reality

So you knew that Philly is a top 10 Run Defense? Sure you did, and show me a link where it says that Pryor will have to pass more due to this fact. In addition, show me links that are recommending Moore against the NYG and Texans due to their run defenses. Yes, you may find links recommending him because of PASS D but not RUN D. The two are intertwined and the huge reason that Dalton had a big day and Tannehill the week before, both were forced to pass.

Keenan Allen@Washington and Harry Douglas@Carolina are listed as better plays this week than Denarious Moore per 6 PFF Analysts. That's not exactly the definition of a top play, especially since SD could decide to run the ball more with Mathews against Washington's horrible run D like they did against JAX.

omg stfu already. ignore list time, I don't need your walls of dumb

No links as proof? Didn't think so. Don't open your mouth if you can't back it up. I can post a screenshot of 6 analysts' average pick of Keenan Allen and Harry Douglas over Denarious Moore if you'd like to see it. In fact, show me a link anywhere that is applauding Philly's run defense so far.

Can you guys just fucking ignore each other instead of shitting up the thread for everyone else who just wants to talk FFB and not get into a dick measuring contest. Going onto the 4th page of this is just ridiculous for all involved.

I need a wide out this week. Fitz is bye and I don't like Greg Jennings.

Streater,
Vince brown-sd,
lafell,
lance Moore,
Jason avant,
mccluster
Chris givens.
David nelson
Drew davis

I'm leaning on drew Davis as a risk/reward guy. or just go with lance Moore. Or keep Jennings in

Everyone good seems to be taken.

I'm starting to eye this Dexter McCluster fellow. He has some crazy speed and can create after the catch. With Alex Smith's inability to throw deep and Andy Reid drawing up plays, I could see him having some more big weeks. He got 10 targets last week along with a rush and he does punt returns(i have a league that counts return yardage as 1 pt/25yds).

Also, I don't usually get a boner for defenses but I really like Tennessee this week. I pretty much picked them up in every league last week after they were dropped.

Damn I forgot that David Nelson was still in the league, I think I had him on my roster a few years ago.

If you only need a moderate amount of points I like Rod Streater, he always seems to get around 4 catches for 40ish yards.

If you want to go boom or bust then its Lance Moore. Maybe you get 6 catches for 70 yards and a TD, maybe you get 1 catch for 10 yards. Who knows.

Funny thing about Dexter is that he was actually listed as both an RB & WR a couple of years ago and in fantasy football you could put him in either slot.

For the past few seasons he has always just been sort of a jack of all trades with very inconsistent fantasy numbers. I would not expect that to change but if you want to take the gamble at a flex spot go ahead.

I've noticed the same thing. If he starts getting a decent amount of targets for more than 2 weeks in a row he would have a shot to be a decent player for fantasy football, but it's always random luck playing him. It doesn't help that he's not on a prolific passing team, otherwise he would be closer to Woodhead or Sproles in points.

For return yardage leagues the math is a bit different, in those I could see having guys like McCluster, Patterson, Holiday, or Goodwin.

Still trying to move Moreno. It shouldn't be this hard though. I've got an offer out of Moreno+Heath Miller for Jimmy Graham. The only other TE I'm interested in is Gronk but I'm not sure I want to make that offer straight up. Also, Moreno should have extra value in our league since I got him at auction for $1... and it's a keeper league. So that is a huge value boost there.

Alternatively I could move Adrian Peterson. He's been my keeper since I got him cheap a couple of years ago coming off the injury. But now he kind of sucks since his team sucks and he's not getting any younger.

Decisions. Decisions. Thinking out loud.

Need some help this week in my nfl.com league as I have many options..

Matt Ryan or Phillip Rivers

I need 2 RB's, 2 WR's and a Flex

Fred Jackson, Adrian Peterson, Marvin Jones, Keenan Allen, Danny Amendola, DeAngelo Williams, T.Y. Hilton.

Im leaning towards Phillips for QB although he's projected much lower for some reason.

Then FJ, AP, for sure then not sure about the others.

I'm actually a little worried about Philip Rivers due to the recent San Diego change in offense, they are turning him into a more of a game manager. However I would start him this week, Washington's defense is nothing special and San Diego is fresh off the bye. However if Rivers has another sub-par outing I am hitting the panic button.

Fred Jackson, AP, Keenan Allen, T.Y. Hilton, Marvin Jones

I gave him a test run in 2011 after Jamal Charles got injured and eventually just dropped him due to frustration out of his consistency. If he was still listed as a RB/WR I would suggest teams in PPR leagues keep him on the radar but as a WR only there are much better options.

This is kinda my mindset right now. I was extremely pissed on Greg Jenning's 1 catch for 8 yards or something like that last week. I know its not completely his fault but still.

Lance Moore is my boom/bust. Mccluster is as well. I'm hoping someone grabs one so i can get the other, i've been known to pick the bad one. If both are gone i can roll with Jennings.

Oh yea i picked up the titans for my KC bye next week, but not i'm tempted to play them this week as well.

I'm in the same boat as you with KC, but got the Titans vultured out from under me last night.

Both are horrible matchups.. but I'd tend towards Trent after what STL did to Lynch.

I don't trust Trent to do much of anything the rest of the year. In the last 3 weeks his stat lines are 18/56, 10/40, and 14/37 and only 2 receptions since joining the Colts. You'd be better off starting someone like Helu than him, IMHO.

Neither are good options to be honest. I just start TR in the leagues I own him in on a prayer he'll vulture a TD somewhere.

Also, "@jwyattsports Munchak: Shonn Greene should be in the 15-carry range moving forward if all goes well" which doesn't bode very well for Chris Johnson..

I'm about to quit my work league. So much collusion has been going on its turned into a joke and we can't vote against trades. Here is an example of what went on today

Mike Tolbert for Jamal Charles
Steve Smith for Larry Fitzgerald
Scott Chandler for Jordan Cameron

I did a keeper league this year for the first time. It is PPR with weird scoring. It has a deep roster and defensive players. I find it fun and interesting. I had fourth pick, grabbed Doug Martin against my personal judgment. So, in week 9, I am 6-2 but am looking at what keepers for next year to look at. Since QBs can score extremely high (attempts, completions and yardage bonuses), I am leaning towards keeping Stafford.

My other options are:

Doug Martin
Eddie Lacy
Damaryius Thomas
Knowshon Moreno

I get to keep 3 people total and just looking slightly ahead. I am looking at possibly:

Stafford
Lacy
Opinions on third????

I know it is way early, just looking for some halfway point input.

Any costs for keepers? Stafford, Lacy, Thomas would be an awesome core to start with.
