Right call and really a coin flip between Lacy and Forte. Forte has more down side and Lacy has been a beast.

Nice problem to have, you're stacked at RB. Can you flex one of them monsters?

Julian Edleman just got dropped. You think he is good for a stash? I dont need a WR for the long haul but it might be helpful to me in something was to happen. I know gronk coming back takes passes away.

PPR league.

I already have dez, garcon, fitz, greg jennings. Robert woods. ( im dropping woods)

Unfortunately no...I tried to shop Forte but for the life of me...no one is interested.

I even offered a two for one...Forte and Dalton for Rodgers...to a guy who is in 9th place...and his best RB is D. Williams...

he declined

It depends on Amendola, but I would take him over Woods. Both Edelman and Woods are coming off season lows in targets last week. Amendola got 6 targets to Edelman's 2 last week, but he's a slightly better stash for PPR. Is K.Wright or N.Burleson available for PPR? If so, both are better bets as possession receivers than Woods/Edelman for PPR.

Edit: One other guy I forgot is Cole Beasley for PPR. He's 3rd in the past 3 weeks in targets for Dallas, even ahead of Witten.

Forte has a tough matchup against GB's run D, but he will probably get some catches for you. However, not a better bet than Lacy (despite GB saying they are going to play Starks more) vs Chi or APvsDal though.

Hmm well this makes me question using him on my other league. My other option is Aaron Dobson.

What do you guys think about Dexter McCluster this week? Buffalo has given up the most points to WR's and he's done quite well the last two weeks? Pick him up instead of stills?

McCluster could do ok but it depends on Manny Lawson's return (still up in the air) and how well the Chiefs can suppress Mario Williams on passing downs. Kiko Alonso is also good against short passing situations but will probably shadow J.Charles on the short routes over the middle. Buffalo has also gotten better last week in PC.

If you want a home run threat, Stills is the better bet vs the NYJ although still no updates on Marques Colston's status. Stills is boom or bust since he's the deep ball man but the Saints have upped his snap counts the past 4 games and had nice things to say about him yesterday. Long term I like Stills better because he's such a deep threat, whereas McCluster has to make it happen himself (meaning break tackles to get into the end zone) because of noodle-armed A.Smith. Also, there is no trend on McCluster, last week was his first blow up week whereas Stills has had back to back weeks of blowing up.

Wright is gone. I'm pissed about Woods, EJ being out hurts him so bad. Burleson is around last i looked.

Gronk/Gordon/Marshall/Boykin - pick 3.. 0.5ppr

Considering benching marshall for boykin

1) Gronk at home, 22 targets in 2 weeks he's been back.
2) Gordon at home although it is a rivalry game (lower scoring) but if Campbell/Gordon could succeed vs KC's pass rush then I expect the same as Baltimore which is worse (and worse pass coverage too).

3) It comes down to Marshall vs Boykin. Play Marshall.

This is a tougher choice than it appears.
For Marshall
a) Is James Jones going to play? If so, he will slightly eat into Boykin's targets and Marshall for sure. Jones is a gametime decision atm.
b) Red Zone Opps. Marshall had two with McCown, while Boykin had none last game against a bad MN secondary.
c) GB's secondary has been inconsistent with different players stepping up each game, so there is no surefire bet of someone to shut down Marshall. Tramon Williams (CB) is barely positive, and Burnett (SS) is the only one over +1.0.
d) Marshall has been Chicago's best offensive player this year in real life, never having a single negative game.
e) Marshall has seen 26 targets to Boykin's 22.

For Boykin
a) Jennings (Chicago's best CB) will probably be on Jordy, which should open up slightly more opportunities for J.Jones and Boykin.
b) They're at home and should win Time of Possession by Lacy's dominance, which would mean more time on the field for Boykin. Chicago is 2nd to last against the run, Lacy and co should have a field day.

I don't know if Edelman is a good stash but I would not have any problem with you dropping Woods or Jennings for him. I doubt that Edelman becomes anything more than a low flex option gamble for the rest of the season, there are so many factors popping up in New England that are squashing his fantasy value.

I might be against the grain but I would say Forte and AP. Yeah its a better matchup from the Lacy angle but something is just not sitting right with me about the coaches saying they want to use James Starks more.

My FF week started out rough. I had Bernard and thought I had subbed him in using the yahoo app. I used it to sub him in as I was getting the kids ready for trick or treating. Well, it did not take my lineup change for some reason.

Oh well, crap happens. So, I start looking at the WW to see who will be a good pickup for next week as Bernard is locked. I find Andre Brown on waivers and try to do a WW transaction holder to know who I will drop my extra K for (Prater is my normal K) without having to think much about it. I go to bed as it is late. I wake up the next day and apparently have dropped Bernard for Brown totally.

Bad start for the week.

I would contact the commish and say it was a mistake and you meant to drop the kicker and get it changed. Unless the other teams are a-holes they would understand

Looking at my lineup again for noon game, who do you start, Eddie Royal (SD) vs terrible Washington Redskins secondary or Harry Douglas (ATL) vs strong Panther's secondary? Most sites are higher on Douglas but I could see Philip Rivers having a field day in Washington.... Thoughts?

Douglas; Rivers has too many other people to throw at.

Zac Stacy or cj0k today. It was a nonbrainer early when I saw Stacy being hurt. But now its a push.

Ppr, I'm leaning on Stacy for now.

Marques Colston is out! Holy hell, this could mean big points for Kenny Stills and Lance Moore. Jimmy Graham is going to have a monster day, I'm calling it now. The NYJ are about to get Tomahawk cruise missle'd from an aerial assault on Milliner and Cromartie via Brees. I'm starting Stills over Boykin in FLEX, especially since J.Jones will play.

Saints TE Jimmy Graham active, WR Marques Colston out
Jimmy Graham played on one bad foot last week and caught two touchdown passes, the Saints are hoping he can do the same this week. Graham (foot) was limited in practice all week but will play Sunday. Wide receiver Marques Colston, meanwhile, is inactive with a knee injury.

Additionally, Arian Foster not looking good to start.
Texans RB Arian Foster could miss his first game since 2011
CBSSports.com NFL Insider Jason La Canfora went on Fantasy Football Today Sunday morning to report that Texans running back Arian Foster may not play in Week 9 against the Colts. He said it "doesn't look good" for his chances of playing through a hamstring injury, which will likely leave Ben Tate (ribs) as the starter for Sunday night's game.
