True, Cruz is bad, I turn the channel when he gets clip time as his demeanor is eerie/bad. Similar to Ried and Pelosi when they get air time, such openly transparent liars and deceivers it's off putting. Cruz and his ilk (both sides of political aisle) are allowed to exist and thrive in politics because of the ridiculous drift growing between parties. Larger the division, more room for Cruz types to thrive on it IMO.
Dem party has folks like Cruz as well, your post reads very closely to accurate depictions of politicians in general these days. The more the plebs buy into the baseless rhetoric that both parties push, the more power they hand over to the immoral politicians. Where is the room for the good legit guys if any schmoe without morals can creatively decieve to gain votes within the fracturing base (R and D) of American voters?
