He's good, but not the best. He MIGHT make my top 5. Cartman, Butters, Tweak, Stan's Dad (definitely had his moments)... then MAYBE Towlie. Plenty of the other kids could contend for a top 5 spot though. He was best in the Okama GameSphere ep.

Cartman and Randy Marsh are by FAR the bet characters. Towlie is a great secondary character though. I wouldn't even say he's the best there though - that's gotta go to Chef's parents.
