None of what is occurring matches ANYTHING remotely close to what a coup is.
It isn't sudden.
It isn't violent.
And it isn't an illegal seizure of power.

You call me a child, then try to literally make your argument using pedantics.
That is but one definition, and not a paticurlay good one for how the word is used in both common and scientific parlance.

It is relatively sudden. That is to say it is all happening in a set time period, and not over years.
It is not yet violent, we might yet get there. But it does not matter violence is common in coups, but not required.
It is illegal. Testifying to something you know to be untrue in court is illegal.
