Watchdog map and world just completely blew me away. It is so beautiful compare to GTA V (not saying the game is better) but the environment in Watchdog are just flat out better (IMO) than GTA V. You have access to all hidden backyard and alley. The indoor environment are also more creative and detail than GTA V as well.

Maybe this is what Chicago really look like compare to LA? I know that when I play GTA V it really feel like your in LA and because of that it absolute garbage. LA is so ugly and if Watchdog is any indication of what Chicago look like, call me blown away!

Watch Dogs is shit compared to GTA, especially in the map design. There's a big article from a Watch Dogs dev about how they were rushed to make that map. You have things like railroad tracks at 90 degree angles from each other.

You can't be serious? GTA is nowhere as detail as Watchdog. I mean forget about detail, the map layout, it just so much more refine in Watchdog. I wish Ubisoft would make GTA V map instead.

I have only played Watchdog but I remember wanting to finish the game as quickly as I could because the world was just so lifeless and boring. I remember GTAIV world being more 'gritty' and 'alive', even if it's dated by today's standards.

If you had picked Assassin's Creed world as example though, it might have been a more difficult comparison.

I thought the world was alive with people talking on their cell phone and discussing. There wasn't as much stuff to do compare to GTA V but the stuff they had in the game was solid. It suck you can't customize your character like in San Andreas but it is a different and less sandbox type of game.
