I've been waking up and doing the following just one time through:
30 jumping jacks
5 pushups
25 high knees
7 burpees
10 crunches
7 squats
5 pushups
10 crunches
5 pushups
7 squats
30 jumping jacks
1 minute wall sit
5 pushups
25 high knees
the gf does it 3 time in a row but she's a bad ass. that usually starts my morning off right. takes 6 or so minutes to run through it once. trying for 3 times soon.
