Is your internet speed consistent?

We pay for 6/512, usually get 10/512. Our router is crap though, and if I'm downloading torrents, it will get gradually slower over a few days until I reset it.

FIOS 75/35 and it's pretty consistent. Though I think my ONT is starting to crap out now that it's getting hotter and it's located in my garage, I notice little hiccups now and again.

I use a 30mb up/30mb down fiber connection. Every time I have tested it, it has been just about right on target.

20 mbit down, most of the time I get a bit more. Never less.

Pay for 25/5 get a little bit above on both consistently. More than enough speed for my needs, although the geek inside me wants that 50mb or 100mb plan

At faster speeds more data packets per second have to be run through the system using more bandwidth. Does your ISP have enough bandwidth available to give everybody as much as they want?

Yes. Both my wireless backhaul and my backup bonded ADSL2+ connection are very consistent.

I work for my ISP though, so I make sure my connection is always working properly.

yea i get 100/100 consistently as long as the other end can support it. for example on stream i get 10-11MB/s

For the most part mine is consistant, but the modem I have is wonky. Cuts out at random times.
