Just wondering if a lot of people experience inconsistent speeds. I pay for 25 Mbit down and frequently only get 5-8. I've called my cable company (Cox) a few times and they never have an answer.
Should I be outraged? I pay over $50 a month and half the time my Amazon/Netflix/anything else streaming video jumps back and forth between HD and garbage quality.
