Turns out that CPU-Z was not reporting my multiplier right- I downloaded crystalcpuid and this showed what I had set the BIOS at. Very strange that the multiplier got stuck in CPU-Z- it was showing correctly when I first installed it. Anyway, thanks very much for this thread!!!
