and you want to tell me that there isn't racism in America? that blacks (even today, after all these years!) still earn equivalent wages to whites? that's BS.
in every society, you the stronger groups, and weaker groups. if we consider the ethiopian ethnic sect in Israel, it's hard to integrate them as they are tightly knit, speak their own language, and aren't as educated.
The usual platform in Israel that helps everybody is the army. But since they don't focus as much on school, they rarely get placed in the more elite army units. This means that after the army, it's harder to get jobs that aren't menial labor. It's a vicious circle that needs, and must be broken. But that's one of the reasons for it.
