Its not just about some peeping into emails. Israeli spying on the US is brazen and unseemly and they've been able to get away with it all this while. Pollard's spying in the 80s is still considered to be one of the most damaging in US history, some of his spying was traded off by Israel to countries like Russia. Reading the article on Pollard, I'm amazed that that goofball wasn't immediately fired and blacklisted by every security agency for lying about his educational background and bad psycho evaluation, maybe he had help at high levels to get him promoted where he could do real damage.Everyone spies on everyone, getting selectively upset about Israel doing that is nonsense.
Well what makes a revolutionary any different from a terrorist?Terrorist act? Or rising up against their oppressors?
lol that's what I'm trying to ask.^^^ Were the Minutemen and George Washington terrorists?
We all know that won’t happen. The last US president that had the balls to stand up to them was Bush Sr.After, when things calm down again, we can resume holding Israel accountable for its part.
Your figures are inaccurate. The Pals were offered less than half of the land at the time of the partition plan when they were roughly twice the population at the time. Their resistance to the plan *at the time* was based on legitimate grounds, a peoples right to self-determination. Why should a minority over-rule the rights of a majority? You missed what also happened in 1948 besides the Jews getting to form a state in about one-third of Palestine. The other two-thirds were offered by the UN to the Palestinians, but they rejected it. They would not take a deal that involved a predominantly Jewish state in any part of Palestine. Then again, they already rejected it when offered by the British in 1939, then again when offered by the State of Israel in 1999. The British offer was especially generous. The Jews would only have gotten 20% of Palestine, but even that was too much.
I don't think there is an appropriate response to this anymore.
What they did, we did to the Native Americans, and for sure you don't see us giving back all the land they owned.
Not sure why you bother 🤣 it is clear some people on this forum are ignorant Magats or proterrorism. Their level of historical ignorance and 1930s attitude is astonishing. It is like we have gone full circle. Israel is our ally. Full stop. Yes, they do shitty things but hell no do we not stand by when innocent women and children are being slaughtered by madmen. If Iran pokes it nose in then let the missiles fly. We cannot have another appeasement and head in the sand with these sick savages.Yikes.
Yeah the Med isn't exactly low traffic and this isn't 1964. Your grasp on military capabilities seems tenuous at best, more of gripe about paying for things sounds like. I guess it shouldn't surprise me that you don't understand that if Ukraine doesn't win, the next Russian war involves us. As in, NATO. As someone who doesn't want war, you should appreciate and welcome being able to avoid a big one on the cheap I should think. Defeating an evil empire bent on war with zero American KIA, for the second time? Are you kidding me? You should be celebrating democracy and freedom winning, not advocating isolationism when people are being exterminated. Seems there was another war that featured that kinda of thing, something maybe you should reflect upon given it's relation to Israel the country that you don't not like. Sounds like a fun cause-and-effect tunnel no?
I digress. The reason you don't understand all that is the reason I won't be bothering with you on this subject anymore, sorry.

it is hilarious the numbnuts on here trying to justify Hamas or deflect with history. Hamas is going down hard and without mercy.
Also it appears innocent Americans were slaughtered also. Hell no.
Just on this. Palestinians never had a country so its wrong to say that 'it was stolen from the Palestinians'. The Ottoman Empire controlled this area for ~500 years before the British took over the land. Before the Ottoman's the Egyptian Mamluk's controlled the area.So the Palestinians are at fault for not liking, and agreeing, to the fact that invaders stole their land, and are now giving it to someone else? Regardless of whether it was 50% or 5%, or even just 1%, it was never the legal right of any other sovereign state to give out the land. It was stolen from the Palestinians.

Palestinian nationalism is relatively recent. Much more at the link below;

This makes perfect sense. A populist leader, that appoints nobodies and "party members" to critical positions. Any successful appointment is almost always removed. Also, it's quite clear that a lot of arrogance and over prioritization of the West Bank (The holidays always have a leaner army, and this year the government also moved some forces from the Gaza Strip to the West Bank during the holidays because of demands of his extreme-right-wing coalition). This makes no god damn sense. Something missing in this equation.
Whether they were a country or not is moot. They lived there.
You could argue that Israel should suffer the same political pressure that South Africa suffered during their apartheid era. But I think you would be called either a Nazi, a racist or at the very least antisemitic by very vocal power groups. For any number of reasons, Israel should NOT be our ally.
When you think about it there is but one line of action, total inclusion, equal opportunities and some sort of affirmative action.I don't think there is an appropriate response to this anymore.

What is Hamas hoping to achieve here? This makes perfect sense. A populist leader, that appoints nobodies and "party members" to critical positions. All of the above and total arrogance, over-confidence and probably most damning - over-reliance on tech. The Gaza-Israel barrier which cost tens of billions of USD was easily passed, in dozens of locations at once. The cameras and automatic weapons were removed using drones, and Hamas forces advanced under cover of hundreds of rockets simultaneously.
e.g:
I'm not sure I understand your question. What did they achieve with suicide bombing and shootings inside of Israel? What did they achieve launching rockets for years into the cities of Israel? This is how the conflict looks like, and it's no different than what happened 100 years ago. What is Hamas hoping to achieve here?
lol. You do you boo. That is the simple reality. Your support of Hamas is noted. Some ally.
