I just installed a new system with the Asus A7V333 motherboard, and I have
a few issues.
First, my old keyboard no longer seems to work with the A7V333. When I try
to go into the BIOS by tapping the Delete key, nothing happens. I made sure
that it was plugged in correctly in the PS/2 connector in the back. I switched
keyboards to a newer one, and it works. Is there no legacy support for older
keyboards or something? Both use PS/2.
Second, when I turn off the computer, my optical mouse still has power.
The laser is still on, even though the computer is completely shut down.
Third, because the A7V333's AGP slot has no lock, my video card is acting
really flaky. It loses signal randomly, and sometimes just stops working
altogether. When I push down on the card or move it a little, it works again.
I guess it just keeps coming loose, are there any simple solutions? The screw
is as tight as I can get it.
