Yeah, but I find it takes some time to look through the entire BIOS. Sometimes there are things you find that you want to change (like incorrect voltage for RAM). I find it takes me a week to go through all the little bugs before I'm satisfied. But, I'm real slow in doing things so for most people it wouldn't take a week.
Still, it is worth the effort to learn how to build a computer. For about the same amount of money as a pre-built, you can get so much better quality. I nearly crapped when I discovered the HP I bought several years ago only had a 90 watt power supply. And they said if you replaced it, it would void the warranty.
