Last night, I made a thread about Winrar bugging out and how it was pissing me off, then I thought I fixed it so I asked the mod to delete it. Well, the issue is back and it's driving me crazy. So basically what's going on is that the Winrar icon for Winrar files isn't changing. I used a Vista theme pack and ended up not liking it, but when I switched back to the default Winrar theme, everything changes back EXCEPT for the file icons associated with Winrar. I did everything from uninstalling, deleting any and all Winrar files left in the system including the registry, deleting file associations, and reinstalling with both current and older versions, but nothing works. Even when I changed the icon in file association, it shows the default Winrar icon, but when I click it, the files associated with Winrar are still in the Vista icon. It went back to normal last night, but when I turned on my computer again in the morning, the damn issue came back. I have no idea what's going on but it's irking me like a mofo. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
And one more thing I forgot to mention... Even after I uninstall, clean registry, etc and reinstall, how the hell are the theme packs still there in Winrar? I don't reinstall the theme packs or anything and deleted them a long time yet it still shows up in the newly installed Winrar.
