Looks like I won't be asking you if you want a ride my Transition.

I helped a couple of different partnerships building IV-P's. They are slick.Going where, doing what? I can't think of anywhere I'd want to go in that thing twice per week for 10 years. I'd go up in it once or twice and say "well that was neat, thanks for that." It only has a top speed of 115MPH. Not like you'd be ferrying people hundreds of miles every week. If you were, this makes much more sense: http://www.lancair.com/Main/iv_ivp.html
this isn't the first time they've made something like this.
it isn't a flying car, it's a driving plane. not the same.
there, that's the idea!I guess if the accelerator sticks you can just take off huh?
What, the Lancair IV-P in Tscenter's link or the flying car? If you are talking about the latter, no thanks. There are much better uses for that engine on a folding wing platform. I enjoy performance too muchThat's a plane, in every sense.
I would accept a ride on Professor Frink's flying motorcycle.
you say po-tay-toe, i say po-ta-toe
