As of now all the stuff I fix is just done through email notifications of problems, but my boss wants to know of any good web-based it helpdesk ticket software. I know theres lots of network admins, helpdesk guru's in here. Thanks guys.
I think my company uses something called track it?
Not sure if it's web based though.

Ahh... the good ol days when I had to search around for something like this.. I ran across ServiceDesk Plus from Adventnet and it does everything we need it to do. I love the interface, domain integration, reports, etc.
