I was attacked by a flock of geese one time. I was taunting them, and all the sudden instead of running from me they all starting charging toward me. Probably the scariest minute of my life trying to run away from them.

I'd find that funny rather than scary. However I must say that they CAN be quite brave and intimidating. They will hiss and peck you mercilessly.

I wound up with a very similar picture of an ostrich back in high school. As part of photography class, went to this church/farm that raised emus and also had a couple ostriches. Was standing against the fence trying to figure out my camera and the thing kept getting closer and closer and closer until it lunged at the camera and I snapped a pic of it last sec probably a foot away from the lens dive bombing it.

Scared the shit out of me.
