California is actually unique in that they have snow in the mountains, beaches, deserts, and woodlands. It really is a beautiful state, but sadly things are going south there with the politics and illegals. Not to mention the crime.

When I was growing up I used to live in North Dakota about 50 miles south of the Canadian border. Snow and cold was all I knew along with the northern lights. Back then my town had like 50 people. Now maybe there's 30. LOL!

I really should get to building the giant sun wheel. I also have to find a decent hill to roll it down, damn fire department won't let me express my religion in in the city first the Christians steal my people's traditions and then they won't even let me do them right, hang a Christmas wreath my ass. They also won't let me burn the yule log in my apartment because apparently that's a fire hazard. If I can't burn shit how the hell am I supposed to make sure the sun returns and ask the gods for good fortune in the coming year

Its not real snow, its batting, as in stuff inside pillows etc.

Nope, had some extra outlets installed, using LED's makes it pretty straight forward. Its all on timers, in the old days it took a little more finesse to make sure I didn't trip the breakers.

I used my camera on my phone, didn't even use the flash, its the HTC EVO 4G.
