It's December 3rd and we STILL haven't had any snow! w00t!

Here in west michigan, it's 48.6° at 8 AM. The grass is still green, and there are actually flowers growing.

Anyone else enjoying unseasonal warmth?

Here in Rochester NY, no snow. In fact, it has been warm, 50's and 60's for the last several weeks. The weathermen don't see any snow or cold weather for the next couple of weeks. Haha..I am loving it!

Well i like snow.It becomes lighter and the 'real christmas' feeling is there when the roads and forest trees are covered in snow atleast up here in Sweden. But once i celebrated the christmas in the tropics and we had a very nice christmas atmosphere there also.....but up here in scandinavia during winter time it gets dark so early and snow is very nice then.

news guy on CNN said that for the first time in 122 years of recorded weather, buffalo has been snowless through november.

The snowiest large city is about 80 miles east of Rochester, it's Syracuse with over 120" per year. Here in Buffalo we average "only" 93" However, if you go just south of Buffalo, and north of Syracuse you get into the snow belts where the average yearly snowfall skyrockets to between 180" and 300" (mayville) Anyway, Rochester gets off pretty easy compared to the rest of the state

Chicago, 1999 and 01 are the only years that we have not receieved even a trace of snow in November..

Still nice with no snow in the 5 day forecast...I remember one year we got up around 60 on Christmas but we paid for it in January..
