Warning? It's more like a duck and cover. (I also live there) I didn't have any problems getting to work (got there early, so it wasn't TOO bad this morning) but getting home was another story. I could barely see maybe 50 feet in front of me, but most of the traffic on 13th was single-file anyways through several parts, so I didn't have to worry about running into abandoned cars in intersections. I didn't get stuck until I made my endeavor into our parking lot. I had to shovel my car out before I got it into the garage.

Depends on which part of Oregon you live in.

What we got in Portland today is different than the usual western valley wet snow (or as skiers call it, the "Cascade Crud"). This is like Midwest snow. Dry, powdery, blowing, and drifting.

Supposed to be a high of 25º and low of ~15º in Portland, and a high of ~34º, low of ~20º here.

It's 22.6º in SE Portland right now, and 23.2º here..
