I got this one. The only complaint I have, and it may be because I suck, is that it is impossible to achieve the optimal temp. It's either too cold or way too hot. My meat comes out either raw or burned. Am I just fu**ing up?
dunno, my dads gas grill has hot spots and i hate cooking on it because of that, but I can keep the overall heat in there right because he has a thermometer. so, roasting something slow isnt too much of a problem if i keep the heat low-ish.
get a grill thermometer to keep an eye on the temp and see if that helps
