Here's the information I received in the mail yesterday. Sounds like a person who has company provided insurance would stand to loose money should they move to the ACA Marketplace, see highlighted note.

ok, for the sake of this argument lets just say the sites are all crashing due to "millions" So are you admitting it has been an incompetent roll-out so far? Nothing but excuses and double-talk and now reporters and researchers... uh i mean millions of "people" crash the sites?
