Pros:
i'm not productive at all right now. clean house, mow lawn, generally do stuff i dont want to do, but should be done. I drank coffee an hr ago, but it isnt helping.
Cons:
- I wake up a couple of hrs, and still feel sleepy. but psychologically, i have slept, so it's now all mental, and no longer physical. i probably wont do anything productive for a couple of hrs after i wake up. so that's 4hrs gone.
- i wont be able to fall asleep during regular bedtime. i'll just toss+turn.
What would you do? WHY?
