Trumpism is a religious experience that includes speaking in tongues.

Call me interested part two. Exactly how does this relate to the OP?
Here's something else you may have missed while chewing on your lead paint chips..Fmr Interim #DNC Chair Donna Brazile appears to admit giving debate questions to @HillaryClinton's campaign. https://t.co/CkgDe8eaAI https://t.co/g9VaUROzYa

It appears that Democratic analyst Donna Brazile has admitted to sending town hall debate topics to Hillary Clinton‘s presidential campaign while she worked for CNN, calling it "a mistake I will forever regret."

http://insider.foxnews.com/2017/03/...red-debate-questions-hillary-clinton-campaign

IGBT is demonstrating the stark contrast between liberals who take personal responsibility and complete degenerates who never will.

I'm sick and tired along with the rest of the World about Americans whinning about their Political System in AnandTech Forums.
Then don't look at/ignore posts about America's political system?

Unless things have changed, I'm sure the server hosting the forums are somewhere in the US, and a majority of the users are possibly American citizens, also that a "Politics and News" subforum exists...

I'm taking an educated guess here, but with the above, wouldn't one expect a lot of posts dealing with US politics, ESPECIALLY with the current administration running the zoo/circus/fustercluck?

You understand how hyperlinks work right? You don't have to click on the link and read what ever that link leads you to. Imagine that.

I also love the stupidity of the 'I heard it on the news' argument.

What's their opinion of the news? 'You can't believe the news, they are biased, they are dishonest, they are the worst.' Why do they believe Trump was wiretapped? 'I heard it on the news.'

They are so incompetent they can't even keep their own narrative straight.

If obama believed it to be true, then of course it wasn't a lie. Some (bad) dictionaries are now including the misuse of words, such as accepting "literally" as a term of emphasis, but we don't all have to accept that trend. Just call it a falsehood, or in the case of obama, a mistake (if he didn't know). A lie requires knowingly telling a falsehood.

I remember reading this is exactly how ISIS was converting kids into terrorists, by discrediting established texts as being just big conspiracies against them. This is literally bullshit.

Well see, you can't trust the biased liberal media, while everything reported by conservative media outlets are wholly true and free from ideological bias.

The purpose of the post-truth narrative is to create & maintain irrationality. The Trump team excels at that. They operate outside the realm of making sense & being consistent.

This is terribly facile.

Yes, most have a low opinion of the news organizations. However, many qualified people who are not in the media appear on such shows. E.g., Dr. Emanuel (Rahm's brother) has been appearing on Fox News to discuss the HC bill. He's not the 'media'. Should he be dismissed because we heard him on one of the MSM channels as though he were the 'media'? Of course not. Nor is he tarnished by any (right) bias FN may have.

There is no conflict in believing the media is (at times) biased or simply wrong/incompetent yet having some respect for the info some people (experts, whistle blowers, whatever) relay while appearing on one of the network/cable news channels.

WTF?

How does my post you quoted relate in any way to anything Trump has said?

God, some of you people really need help with reading comprehension.

So what is "terribly facile" about the post?

Trump said he knew he was wiretapped because he saw a report on Fox. Doesn't take any deep understanding to take that at face value and is not a misrepresentation or misunderstanding. Do you really think there is some deeper meaning to Trump's mindless Tweets? Such a deep meaning that we, the entire American Public, press and government, are misunderstanding them?

Yeah, that 9/11 truther is a really huge expert in the intelligence industry that the president should be totally citing.

Yeah, silly me for thinking that because eski was talking about trump and his contradicting views and the fact that you quoted eski that you'd be talking about something other than trump!

Sure bubble boy.

-snip-

No.

Go back and read Eski's post I quoted. Then count up all the times he references Trump in his post.

I got zero.

He didn't quote any other post either. No way to tell that he was responding to some specific posts, or if he was, which one. Looks like a 'stand alone' post. (The question might be who was the "they" he was referring to.)

It just appears that I'm not part of liberal mind hive.

It was absolutely referencing Trump.

I don't think you need to be part of a hive mind to see that I was directly referencing Trump's excuse that he wasn't responsible for the rumors he was spreading because they came from the news.

/facepalm

Eskimospy was basically paraphrasing what trump himself said. If you don't recognize that and you are so clueless as to what trump himself has said then you are deep in your bubble. I'd call it a "deep state" of denial.
